This is a dinner supperclub style event (20.30-23h) where you can learn about Thanksgiving food & wine pairing with seasonal food, great wines in excellent company! Thanksgiving menu:
Starter: Wine 1 with poached pear, hazelnut and roquefort salad
Mains: Wine 2 with roast turkey (or tofu), mushroom gravy, creamy mashed potato (and vegan mash), roast sweet potato, seasonal roast veg (brussels sprouts, carrots), green bean casserole, stuffing and cornbread
Dessert: Wine 3 with pumpkin pie
