I love cooking seasonally. And I love culinary traditions and festivities. So, my Thanksgiving Dinner in Barcelona at Savour Academy is the perfect event to combine the two, fusing fresh local ingredients with classic Thanksgiving recipes.

I always host this Thanksgiving Dinner on the evening itself and this year’s event falls on Thursday 23rd November, from 19.30h-22.30h. If you’re looking for a delicious Thanksgiving dinner in Barcelona, look no further!

What to Expect at my Thanksgiving Dinner in Barcelona Event

A friendly crowd, with grazing board and mulled cider on entry

This Thanksgiving Dinner Pairing is like a supperclub-style dinner. We share American food culture in its best form – via Thanksgiving dinner! You can expect a friendly crowd of like-minded diners. This event isn’t just Americans who want to celebrate Thanksgiving with others. It’s also for friends and locals who are curious to try this traditional American festival.

We meet and greet with a grazing board and mulled cider reception, with arrival between 19.30h-20h. Then we’ll all take our seats at one long table, commencing with a seasonal salad starter paired with a local wine.

Turkey and all the trimmings – with a little Spanish twist!

Next up, the main event – the full Thanksgiving dinner! We’re talking turkey with gravy (vegetarian option on request), puréed potato, roast sweet potato, seasonal vegetables, green bean casserole, cornbread, and not forgetting my signature sangria-cranberry sauce.

You’ll have a choice of white or red wine, both of which are specially selected for the meal. Finally, two of the traditional Thanksgiving desserts are served – my delicious homemade apple pie and pumpkin pie, together with the final wine pairing.

*This is an adult dinner so unfortunately I can’t cater for families with underage attendees – apologies for any inconvenience.

Price and Booking Details

The price is 49€ per person. This includes the welcome grazing board and mulled cider, plus the three course Thanksgiving Dinner with wine pairings for each.

Hello, I’m Zara Patterson, originally from Northern Ireland but Barcelona has been my home since 2006. Although my uni background is in PR and Events, my natural progression in gastronomy along with years of wine training has led to sommelier accreditations from WSET (Level 2 Award in Wines) and Gremi de Restauració (Sommelier Diploma).
