Wednesday 29th January: Time to learn a new foodie skill at Uncorked Academy, as we spend a fun evening putting together a delicious Charcuterie and cheeseboard, using local seasonal produce. We will pair the board with local wines too. This workshop is ideal if you don’t normally cook or don’t have time, as there is no cooking required!
