NEW DATE Saturday 14th September: Round off the summer heat with some spice at our first cajun creole class with Nicole, where we learn how to cook jambalaya! This is a relaxed and fun Saturday lunchtime class with Southern USA home chef Nicole (of Biscuits & Greens BCN) sharing the recipes passed down from both of her grandmothers. We eat what we make in good company with a glass of good wine!
