Tuesday 16th July: Update your wardrobe or create original gifts for friends and familly. Join Mark O’Connell for a night of hand painting! Learn a variety of techniques to customise fabric as a unique artwork: with stencils, stamps and hand-painting. This is a fun and informal class with like-minded creatives and maybe a glass of wine and nibbles at the end!

WHEN: Tuesday 16th July, 20.30-22.30h 
WHERE: Uncorked Academy, C/Farell 12 bajos
COST: 20€ for class and materials. Students bring an item of clothing to customise (t-shirt, top, jeans etc.) Supplement 5€ on the 
night if you want wine and nibbles.

ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Mark O’Connell is a professional artist/designer who started hand painting his clothing in the 80s. He says “If you would like to create your own one-of-a-kind hand painted piece of wearable art please join me”.

Hello, I’m Zara Patterson, originally from Northern Ireland but Barcelona has been my home since 2006. Although my uni background is in PR and Events, my natural progression in gastronomy along with years of wine training has led to sommelier accreditations from WSET (Level 2 Award in Wines) and Gremi de Restauració (Sommelier Diploma). At Escuela Hofmann I have undertaken their Michelin-star specialisation diploma in paella, to take my cooking classes at Savour Academy to the next level. For the sustainability cause, I also received my Environmental Management qualification from Foment Barcelona. With Savour Academy, I’m combining my love of creative culinary events and hosting in my favourite place in the world. I like to share original, sustainable and fun experiences; preferably with food and wine, based in Barcelona.
